She isn't like me. Angela has never been one who wishes to be alone. Where I feel drained by the presence of others, she feels lifted. She's always craved affection, perhaps to make up for what she little she had before Overwatch, and she has always reached out to others, wanted to help them, to heal them, to comfort them.
Shutting people out is not in her nature and does her emotional harm, not preservation.
